1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using The System Universe (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

The System Universe is a habit-tracking and self-improvement mobile application with gamification elements (quests, XP, coins, badges, etc.).

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• The App is intended for users of all ages, with parental guidance recommended for younger users.

• We define "children" as users aged 15 and younger. Children should use the App with parental supervision.

• Users aged 16 and older are considered adults and may use the App independently.

• Users under 13 may only use the App through a parent/guardian account with verifiable parental consent (in compliance with COPPA where applicable).

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

• You agree not to share your account or use someone else’s account.

• Parents are responsible for all activity on child-linked accounts.

5. User Content & Custom Quests

• You retain ownership of content you create (custom quests, journal entries).

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and store that content within the App.

• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions (Personal Pro / Family Pro) are managed through Stripe or the app stores.

• No refunds except where required by law.

• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation

• Harass or bully other users

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the App

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The System Universe and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
