All Attributes and Skills are raised by doing quests. Pick a skill you want to work on, do quests in that skill and watch as both your skill level and the levels of the attributes associated with that skill go up visibly. You can also track your progress to see what improvements you have made on the Progress tab.
Attributes
Strength: Represents your physical endurance and resilience. Increases through quests tied to exercise or physical challenges.
Agility: Reflects your speed, coordination, and flexibility. Grows with quests like stretching or quick tasks.
Vitality: Measures your overall health and energy recovery. Rises with quests for sleep, hydration, or nutrition.
Intellect: Tracks your mental sharpness and learning capacity. Increases via quests like reading or puzzles.
Wisdom: Represents your insight, reflection, and emotional depth. Grows through journal entries or meditation and other activities.
Willpower: Measures your discipline and focus. Rises with quests for habit streaks or resisting temptations.
Skills
Athletics: Focuses on physical training and endurance through quests like running, weightlifting, or sports.
Awareness: Enhances mindfulness and perception through quests like meditation or observation.
Cooking: Involves preparing healthy meals or making new recipes.
Crafting: Centers on creating items or projects to help with creativity.
Gardening: Involves nurturing and harvesting plants through quests.
Linguistics: Focuses on language learning or writing.
Nature: Explores our connection to the outdoors.
Preparedness: Builds readiness and confidence for emergency situations.
Social: Strengthens existing relationships and meet new people.
Survival: Covers essential life skills (chores, hygiene & more) one needs to live comfortably.
