We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: email, display name, age range, role (parent/child/adult)

• Usage data: quests completed, XP, coins, streaks, custom quests, journal entries

• Family links (only if you choose Family Pro)

• Device info and analytics (anonymized)

2. How We Use It

• To run the app and save your progress

• To show you relevant quests and themes

• To let parents assign and approve tasks

• To improve the app (anonymous analytics only)

3. Sharing

• We do not sell your data.

• Data is only shared with Stripe (for payments) and Supabase (our database provider), both under strict privacy contracts.

• Parent-assigned tasks are visible only to the linked family members.

4. Age Requirements

• The System is intended for users of all ages with parental guidance recommended for younger users.

• We define "children" as users aged 15 and younger. Children should use the app with parental supervision.

• Users aged 16 and older are considered adults and can provide consent independently under applicable laws.

• Children under 13 may only use the app with verifiable parental consent (parent creates the account and links it) in compliance with COPPA.

5. Your Rights

• Access, download, or delete your data at any time in Settings.

• Contact us at support@thesystemuniverse.com to request deletion or changes.

6. Security & Retention

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

• We keep your data only as long as your account exists (or longer if required by law).

7. Changes

• We’ll notify you of major changes via email or in-app notice.
